We recognize that financial barriers often prevent marginalized communities from accessing quality mental health support. To foster true inclusivity and care, we reserve a number of sliding-scale spots for uninsured BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ community members, ensuring that these individuals can access a full year of anti-oppressive support, regardless of financial circumstances.
Sliding Scale: $20–$50 per session
Rates & Reimbursement
Working together is possible even if I am an out-of-network provider. I readily provide monthly superbills for your convenience, though please remember that reimbursement is never guaranteed and varies based on your specific insurer and plan.

Cancellation Policy
Important Note: A late cancellation or missed appointment is billed at the full session rate.
We value our therapeutic time together. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours of notice. This allows us to offer the time to others. If a session is missed or cancelled late, the full fee will be charged. We understand life happens and handle emergencies with compassion.
